Nestling is an AI-powered informational tool that provides general guidance on pediatric topics for children 0-36 months. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration.
5. Free Tier and Premium Subscriptions
The free tier includes 3 questions per day. Premium subscriptions ($9.99/month or $89.99/year) remove daily limits and add extra features. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. You may cancel at any time via your Stripe customer portal.
6. Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your Premium subscription, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Affiliate Disclosure
Nestling may include affiliate links to products. We may earn a commission if you purchase through these links, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate recommendations are based on contextual relevance to your questions, not on commission rates.
8. Limitation of Liability
Nestling and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated content. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including abusive use of the AI, spam, or illegal activities.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
